Abstract

This research aims to study the verses related to the preservation and protection of wealth in Surah Al-Ma'idah and how this surah indicates the preservation of wealth, preventing its loss, and safeguarding it from any form of aggression. The research also addresses the punishments and boundaries set by Allah in this surah, highlighting the importance of wills and testimonies as a means of safeguarding rights and clearing one's conscience. The study asserts that one of the reasons for achieving blessings and prosperity is the application of Allah's laws. The researcher examines the vocabulary, structures, and meanings of the verses, employing an inductive analytical approach. The research concludes with several key findings, including that Islamic law is designed to protect essential purposes, and its rulings are established for that purpose. The primary goal is to preserve the interests of individuals and protect them, enabling them to live in prosperity. Surah Al-Ma'idah encourages the care of wealth, avoiding aggression against it, and implementing the boundaries set by Allah to deter and refine people. The research also emphasizes that the expansion of corruption leads to the weakening of administrative institutions, resulting in disorder and failure in the administrative and financial systems of the state.
