Abstract

The Study aimed to identify the correlation between secure attachment and emotional stability among primary school students at King Abdulaziz School in Muhayil Asir Governorate. A study sample of 200 5th- and 6th-grade students was surveyed. A Secure Attachment Scale was developed specifically for the purposes of this study, whereas the study used the emotional stability scale developed by Suleiman and Nasraween (2020). The data was processed and statistically analysed using t-test for the study sample and community. The Pearson correlation coefficient was also used. The results of the study confirmed that: There is an average level of secure attachment among 5th- and 6th-grade students at King Abdul Aziz School in Muhayil Asir Governorate. There is a good level of emotional stability among 5th- and 6th-grade students at King Abdul Aziz School in Muhayil Asir Governorate. There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between secure attachment and emotional stability among 5th- and 6th-grade students at King Abdul Aziz School in Muhayil Asir Governorate.
