Abstract

The study aimed to know the role of the educational leadership in activating teachers' distance education tools and their attitudes towards it. For distance education tools, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, and this study was applied to a sample of teachers and educational leaders amounting to (1934) in the Education Department in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. After, and as the results also showed, there are no statistically significant differences in the reality of teachers' activation of distance education tools and their attitudes towards it, due to the variables of qualification and years of experience. Considering these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
