Commitment to the ethical behavior of salespeople and its impact on customer satisfaction in the pharmaceutical market of Taiz city

This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the ethical behavior of sales representatives on achieving customer satisfaction. The honesty and responsibility of sales representatives, the way sales representatives deal, and the commitment of sales representatives to a decent appearance in order to achieve customer satisfaction in the pharmaceutical market in the city of Taiz. The study used the descriptive analytical method. The simple random probability of obtaining opinions and information from the members of the population under study, who are pharmacy employees. The analysis was based on 96 valid questionnaires for analysis. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: that the respondents showed a relative importance to the approval of the honesty of sales representatives in the pharmaceutical market; I am of high relative importance to approving the way sales representatives act in the pharmaceutical market; I place a high relative importance on the approval of sales representatives' commitment to a decent appearance in the pharmaceutical market; They also show a high relative importance to the approval of customer satisfaction in the pharmaceutical market, and this study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: sales representatives working in the pharmaceutical market must adhere to ethical behaviors and work to practice them in their various sales transactions, and the need for sales representatives to be characterized by honesty, honesty and work On the contrary, in their various transactions in their sales operations.Downloads
