Dyslexia among the third stage cycle primary students at White Nile state Sudan

Abstract

This study aims to identify dyslexia level among the third stage cycle primary students at White Nile state. As well as the difference level in dyslexia among students according to the variables (gender, age, and economic level). The researchers used the descriptive method. The sample size of the research was (146) which were chosen by the intentional way. This included (68) male (78) female for collecting data, the researchers applied dyslexia scale prepared by the researchers, the data processing by statistical package for social science (SPSS), The results of the study showed that the level of dyslexia among the students was low as well as there were statistically significant differences in level of dyslexia according to age favor the higher years, as well as there were statistically significant differences in level of dyslexia according to gender favor the male and there were no statistically significant differences in level of dyslexia according to (economic level), The researchers put some recommendations and suggestions for future research.
