Implications of the Impact of the Political Participation on the Political Stability in the Prophetic Era

Abstract

Political participation is closely associated with political stability. With its Islamic concept, it has positive imprints on the political stability. This is clear on the political stability which was witnessed in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah after the establishment of the first Islamic state in the Prophetic Period. The researcher observes the effect of the political participation in the Prophetic Period on achieving indicators reflecting the extent of political participation in the Prophetic Period. This study involves an introduction and two sections. The introduction contains the introduction, importance and objectives of the political participation in the Prophetic Period. The first section is about the nature of political participation according to the Islamic perspective, and the second section is about the effect of political participation in the Prophetic Period. In his study, the researcher adopted the descriptive inductive methodology, the analytical methodology, and the historical methodology. The researcher reviewed many previous studies and found that they were not about the effect of political participation on political stability. The researcher found several results, the most important of which are what follows. The relationship between political participation and political stability is direct relationship: whenever the efficacy of the political participation increases, the political stability increases. Also, the indicators of political stability were associated to the forms of political participation that were found in the prophetic period and which were the correct implementation of the political Islamic system methodology.
