The science of basic principles is one of the most important sciences. Because of it, the jurist develops the jurisprudential ability to activate each branch with its origin, because the knowledge of rules seems to have begun with many similarities, and she chose to search for the first topic: in introducing the author and the book, the alternative: in the significance of the requirement, and miscellaneous: in the command and prohibition, and the fourth: in the Sunnah, and the fifth: in the addition to the text، the sixth: in abrogation, the seventh: in consensus, the eighth: in silent consensus, the ninth: in analogy, the tenth: in general, and the tenth: in absolute and restricted, My approach to it is: I extrapolated and extracted the fundamentalist rules from the book of the Quorum of Jurists, arranged the fundamentalist rules according to the demands mentioned in the plan, and studied the fundamentalist rules in a comparative analytical study, by mentioning the definition of the rule, then mentioning the doctrines of the jurists in their validity, and the evidence of the doctrines, with a discussion of the evidence, I showed the impact of the fundamentalist rules on the branches, sufficing with the branches that clarify and clarify the rule, from the results of the research: Imam Ibn Mazzah’s editing of the fundamentalist rules was distinguished; Honestly; and fairness; In the discussion, Imam Ibn Maza; Well-established in jurisprudence and principles; This is evident from its ramifications on fundamental issues and rules. The study is then concluded with a conclusion and recommendations.Downloads
