The degree of application of total quality management requirements in educational institutions in Hafar Al-Batin from the perspective of educational supervisors

The study aimed to reveal the extent of the availability of Total Quality Management requirements in educational institutions in the Hafar Al-Batin area from the perspective of educational supervisors. The researcher used a descriptive correlational survey methodology, and the primary study sample consisted of (120) educational supervisors. The study instrument was a questionnaire consisting of (30) statements distributed over three areas: strategic planning, education and training, and employee participation. Data were statistically processed, and the study results showed that the degree of availability of Total Quality Management requirements in educational institutions in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate from the perspective of educational supervisors was moderate, with an arithmetic mean of (2.93). The strategic planning area ranked first with an arithmetic mean of (2.89), the continuous education and training area came second with an arithmetic mean of (2.93), and the employee participation area came last with an arithmetic mean of (2.98). There were statistically significant differences according to two variables: academic qualification and years of experience, while there were no significant differences according to gender or scientific specializations.Downloads
