Abstract

The research confirmed that taking into account the rights of people when enacting rulings is a type of kindness from God Almighty that was associated with Islamic legislation, as a favor from God Almighty, and gratitude for His creation. It highlighted the tolerance of the noble Islamic law by expanding the circle of choice, so that it includes the chapters of Islamic jurisprudence, and regulates many customs. and transactions,It varies between rights and duties, and thus takes into account individual differences, and the diversity of human capabilities and needs. The choice opens up legitimate paths to compliance, and the difference in research is between the rights of God Almighty and the rights of His servants, and that permissibility was legislated as a facilitation, and has no meaning other than the choice between action and omission, and that the recommended and the disliked are not obligatory. In their action, he clarified the provisions and rules of the chosen duty and the arranged duty, and he devoted more attention to the jurisprudential applications, as the emerging branches were divided into forty branches, what was stipulated for its ruling, and deduced in the light of the texts.
