Abstract

Through his study, the researcher aims to explain the nature of organizational culture from its positive perspective and from the Islamic perspective, and to show the extent to which Islamic culture consolidates the values of organizational culture, and the extent of its impact on the human resource. The problem of the research was the belief of many that organizational culture is the product of Western administrative thought. The research problem lies in the lack of serious research that studies organizational culture from an Islamic perspective. This has left many Muslims with a lack of awareness of the administrative system in the Islamic State and the extent of its impact on building a strong organizational culture that affects the performance of the human resource in any institution. In answering this problem, the researcher took the descriptive and analytical approach and came to a number of results and recommendations, the most prominent of which were: Organizational culture is a system of integrated and realistic behaviors, which includes the common beliefs and expectations of employees, which are common in the organization’s work environment, and which have an impact on the interaction of employees with the aim of applying administrative policies, implementing the organization’s strategy, and raising the efficiency of achievement and work. The process of oversight is a process specific to the Islamic system and its sublime spiritual aspects, the impact of which reaches the structure of the Muslim individual, his values, and his morals, to create within him a natural impulse to evaluate and govern his actions and behaviors, and that the values that grow from the spirit of Islam have a profound impact on the organizational culture. The researcher recommended that Researchers address the topic of organizational culture in their research, and keep pace with the changes taking place in renewed administrative thought, and look at it from an Islamic perspective. To provide scientific material aimed at awareness and guidance.
