Role of Bisha University in Transformational Training from the Point of View of Faculty Members.

This study aimed to reveal Bisha university role in transformational training from the faculty members' point of view, and identify obstacles to the implementation of transformational training, the use of the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the study sample consisted of (50) members in applied colleges. The results showed that: the university has a role in enhancing the positives of transformational training and enhancing the performance of the trainer with transformational training to a high degree. Also, the university has a role in developing the training content through transformational training. Moreover, the university has a role in activating the training environment through transformational training. Also, the results showed that there are obstacles in the implementation of transformational training. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) for the role of the University of Bisha in transformational training towards the axes of the study tool according to years of experience. The study recommended paying attention to transformational training in the training process, the need to provide professional development opportunities for university workers, work on diversification in training and education programs based on transformational training and work to treat the obstacles that hinder The process of implementing transformational training.Downloads
