Abstract

This research undertakes a textual, analytical, jurisprudential study of a significant chapter from the book "Al-Mabsout fi Hanafi Fiqh", specifically the chapter on "What is Disliked to Do with Oneself or One's Property". The research is structured into an introduction and three main sections. The first section provides a brief biography of Imam Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Abi Sahl Al-Sarkhasi Al-Hanafi, May Allah have mercy on him. The second section offers a concise introduction to the book "Al-Kafi" and its author, as well as an introduction to the book "Al-Mabsout" and the methodology of its author.
