The research aimed to identify the effect of a proposed training program based on VARK model of learning styles for developing practices of support productive struggle among middle school mathematics teachers. To achieve the study objectives, the used the experimental method based on the quasi-experimental design (the one-group pretest-posttest) using the observation card of support productive struggle practices. It was applied to a random sample of (20) middle school mathematics teachers in the city of Taif during the first semester of the academic year 1445 AH. The research results showed that there were statistical differences at (0.05) level between the average scores of middle school mathematics teachers in the pre and post application of the observation card of support productive struggle practices scale in favor of the post-application. In light of these results, some recommendations were made, including benefiting from the proposed training program based on VARK model of learning styles for developing practices of support productive struggle among mathematics teachers.Downloads
