Abstract

The research is aimed to know fashion and its legitimate and forbidden provisions In Islamic jurisprudence. The research includes an introduction, three sections and a conclusion. The first section deals with the definition and its types. The second section deals with the provisions of fashion between the legitimate and the forbidden. The third section is about fashion controls and their impact on values and morals. The researcher uses the descriptive, analytical, seductive approach. The research arrives at the following findings: Fashion Is twofold, legitimate and forbidden. The legitimate Is as the beauty and elegance of appearance, and the cleanliness of clothes. The forbidden is like the women showing their adornment through light and sheer clothes, and ahead's man styling. The forbidden is like narrow clothes and its translucent, an improvidence and verisinilitude, and men by women kook like and the opposite. The researchers recommend that specialists in Islamic law to research more in fashion, educate and guide members of society with its provisions. and strengthen their confidence in our culture, conventions and religion.
