Abstract

This study aimed to know the impact of e-management in its four dimensions, combined and individually: (electronic planning, electronic organization, electronic guidance, and electronic control) in improving the performance of employees in the Finance Office in Taiz City. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting data from the study community represented by all administrative employees in the Finance Office in Taiz City, numbering (114) employees, using the comprehensive survey method, and (85) questionnaires were subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS statistical analysis program. The results of the study showed that there is an effect of electronic management in its combined dimensions in improving the performance of employees in the Finance Office in Taiz City, while the results of the study showed that there is no effect of electronic management in its individual dimensions: (electronic planning, electronic organization, electronic guidance) in improving the performance of employees in the Finance Office in Taiz City, while there is an effect of electronic management in the dimension (electronic control) in improving the performance of employees in the Finance Office in Taiz City. The study presented a set of recommendations, including that the Finance Office in Taiz City should pay more attention to spreading the culture of electronic management by enhancing its dimensions addressed by the study and publishing the performance standards of employees in the Finance Office through its website and paying attention to and following up on feedback on the performance of employees inside the office electronically.
