Abstract

     This research dealt with the sanctity of the place and its impact on punishment in Islamic jurisprudence, a comparative jurisprudence study, and it touched upon in the research: the definition of the effect and the punishment, and the statement of the sanctity of the Mecca and civil sanctuaries, the reality of the place affecting the punishment, and the effect of the place on the punishment in the Meccan sanctuary, in the entry of infidels Hunting, cutting plants, bad will, and those who resort to it after hitting the limit outside it, as well as the effect of the place on the punishment in the civil sanctuary, and that is in the residence of the infidels there, hunting, cutting plants, and wanting his family badly or harboring a novelist or innovator, then the conclusion.
