Job Satisfaction and Its Relationship to Job Dropout among School Teachers of Public Education in Khamis Mushait Governorate

Abstract

     This study aims to find out the job satisfaction of general education school teachers and its relationship to their job dropout in Khamis Mushait Governorate. The study aims to know whether there are statistically significant differences between the degree of job satisfaction of public education teachers in Khamis Mushait and their job dropout according to the research variables. The researcher has used the correlative descriptive approach. The research tool to collect data is a questionnaire to measure job satisfaction and to measure job dropout. The sample of the study consists of (10,093) male and female teachers in public education schools affiliated to the Education office in Khamis Mushait Governorate. The research was applied in the third semester of the academic year 1443/2022. The researcher also has used the SPSS program to conduct statistical process of the study.
