Abstract

The research aims to: identify the degree of verification of organizational commitment of elementary school boys' teachers in Bisha in after organizational loyalty، and yet the desire to continue to work، and after a responsibility towards the employer، and whether there are significant differences between the research sample about the degree of achievement of organizational commitment dimensions (organizational loyalty، the desire to continue to work، responsibility towards the employer) due to the variables of the job and years of experience. And be the research community of all managers and teachers of primary schools for boys in Bisha, was chosen as a stratified random sample representative of the population of (10%) and the number (295) teachers and a school administrator and use the Find questionnaire tool consisted of three dimensions after the organizational loyalty and after the desire to continue at work, and after a responsibility to the employer, and the most important results that the degree of verification of organizational commitment among primary school teachers in Bisha in organizational commitment and sub-dimensions high and there are no statistically significant differences between the research sample about the degree of achievement of organizational commitment dimensions (organizational loyalty, desire to continue to work, responsibility towards the employer) College due to the variables and degree (Position years of experience) and feet Find a number of recommendations including: promoting the concept of organizational commitment by the Ministry of Education and upgrade it, and through the provision of incentives and career benefits financially and morally for the teacher, and also through seminars, workshops, and the possibility of participating in decision-making and contribute to the development of operational plans for the school, through the work of teams of all employees of the school attended by the different functional levels, and to encourage teachers to solve the problems they face at work, while continuing to provide initiatives andideas.
