Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the role of the diverse supervision Access in the female students' activity entrepreneur's performance development in Khamis Mushait Governorate. To achieve this, the research depend on the descriptive approach in its methodology as well as using the questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data and information applied to all members of the research population, consisting of female entrepreneurs of student activity in public education schools in Khamis Mushait Governorate, which reached (184) activity entrepreneurs. The research came at a number of results, the most important of which are: There were no statistically significant differences in the questionnaire answer responsefrom different years of experience at level (0.05) in addition to no statistically significant differences in the questionnaire sample response from different stages of study at level (0.05). There were, also, no statistically significant differences in the questionnaire answer response from the various scientific qualifications at level (0.05) with a confidence score (95%) In the light of those results, the proposed vision was built to develop the performance of female students' activity entrepreneurs in Khamis Mushait Governorate in the light of the diverse supervision Access, in which a number of recommendations and research suggestions were presented, the most important of which is the necessity to adopt the proposed vision that the results of the research came out with and adopt it in addition to creating administrative procedures to ensure its application, providing the necessary requirements to develop the female students' activity entrepreneurs performance developmentin Khamis Mushait Governorate in consideration of the diverse supervision Access, creating mechanisms and events to spread the culture of developing the performance of female entrepreneurs, urging school leaders to develop written policies so as to to develop female students' activity entrepreneurs performance in Khamis Mushait Governorate, working out the development of a clear organizational structure and a job description for workers in the field of student activity, and specifying a committee whose main task is to develop the performance of female students' activity entrepreneurs in Khamis Mushait Governorate considering the diverse supervision Access.
