Organizational confidence among kindergarten school principals in light of knowledge management

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of the application of managers of kindergarten schools organizational trust dimensions: management practices-prevailing values-information flow in the organizational channels in the knowledge management, and to identify a statistical significance at the level of (0.05) in the organizational confidence of the leaders of kindergarten schools in the knowledge management attributed to. Presenting the proposed mechanisms to enhance organizational confidence among the managers of kindergarten schools in the knowledge management. To achieve these goals, used the descriptive analytical method, and resolution tool to collect data, and the No. of sample members (602) teachers, it was applied in the second semester of 1443. Highlights of the study: the reality of organizational trust among kindergarten school managers in knowledge management from the point of view of female teachers came out high, with an average (2.36 out of 3).The most applied organizational confidence dimensions of kindergarten school managers after the flow of information in Knowledge Management, which came first with an average (2.43 out of 3), followed by the dimension prevalent values in the Knowledge Management in second place with an average (2.42 out of 3), then the dimension of administrative practices in the Knowledge Management in third place with an average (2.25 out of 3). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (0.05), and less in organizational confidence among the managers of kindergarten schools in the knowledge management due to the variable number of years of Service and the variable number of training courses in the field of knowledge management. The study recommended: - the managers should take the initiative to strengthen organizational trust and make organizational trust one of the main pillars in the school for its importance in influencing the practice of teachers and the school environment in general by improving the management practices used and the organizational values applied and the flow of information from its source. Accordingly, the study concluded with some important recommendations.
