Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the level wisdom of counsellors in family counselling centres in Al-Ahsa Governorate, and to find out the differences in wisdom that are attributed to variables of gender, age, and years of experience. The descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of all (120) male and female counsellors, who were selected intentionally from family counselling centres in Al-Ahsa Governorate. The study tools used the wisdom scale prepared by (Al-Shehri, 2020). The results of the study revealed that the level of wisdom among family counsellors was average, and there were differences between the male and female counsellors in wisdom as a whole and its dimensions in Favor of females and that there were differences between age groups in the dimension of foresight in Favor of those aged (25 - less than 35) who are the youngest, moreover, there were no statistically significant differences in the variable of experience in wisdom and its dimensions.
