Abstract

The preoccupation with artificial intelligence is no longer a choice that societies either pursue or abandon, but has become a reality that compels us to integrate this technology into various aspects of life, which means the necessity of legitimizing it from a legal perspective; therefore, the study concluded that: To what extent do the uses of artificial intelligence align with Islamic principles and ethics? What is the extent to which the objectives of Sharia can accommodate the outputs of artificial intelligence? The study revolves around two main axes, through the conclusion and analysis of studies, research, and books related to the field of study. The conclusion highlights the most important results of the study, the comprehensiveness of Islamic law and its suitability for every time and place, and its ability to accommodate all challenge.
