The aim of the research is to identify the role of administrative creativity in achieving the dimensions of the quality of work life in girls’ secondary schools. The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting information. The research was applied to a sample of (593) individuals including principals, deputies, teachers and administrators of secondary schools in the city of Abha. The research reached several results, including: The responses of the research sample members regarding the role of administrative creativity in achieving the work environment dimension and the incentives dimension for the quality of teachers’ work life came with a large degree of agreement, while the social relations dimension for the quality of teachers’ work life came with a moderate degree of agreement. The results did not reveal any statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members. On the role of administrative creativity in achieving the dimensions of the quality of work life attributed to the variables (current job, years of experience, academic qualification). Based on the results, it can be recommended to establish a committee for innovation and creative ideas in secondary schools, provide incentives related to presenting creative ideas in the field of the administrative process in schools, keep pace with development and technical transformation and launch systems that support this, keep pace with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision, and invent new ideas and solutions to solve problems and develop administrative processes.Downloads
