Abstract

The eloquence received a lot of injustice and injustice during the time of Sheikh Abdul -Qaher Al -Jarjani, because people floundered in their understanding of any confusion, and they were worsened and unable to realize their truth, and because of its great importance in understanding the miracle of the Holy Qur’an and its association with his accurate issues, Sheikh Abdul Qaher Al -Jarjani was broken to address this issue and reveal its secrets, opening his book, the evidence of the miracle, indicated in this The accurate issue, as a starting point of the wrong understanding that people in their time have been eloquence, relying on evidence and proofs in responding to their claim and arguments, revealing the secrets of eloquence that he sees that the path of knowledge is vision and thought. This research deals with the topic of eloquence in the poems of the Arabs in the light of the vision of linguists, rhetoric and ancient Arab critics, through an applied analytical study that seeks to establish the concept and clarify its manifestations through heritage poetic models mentioned in the books of rhetoric and criticism. The study sought to achieve a set of goals, most notably: monitoring the concept of eloquence as photographed by Arab linguists and rhetoric, revealing the semantic and methodological differences between them in defining the criteria of eloquence, as well as analyzing selected poetic models that were mentioned in their books, explaining their stylistic and linguistic characteristics, and the impact of systems and context in achieving their eloquence. Research Approach: The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, mixed with the applied textual analysis of extrapolation of poetic evidence in the books of rhetoric, with a focus on the opinion of each critic or rhetoric in these models. He also employed the objective induction approach to tracking theoretical visions about eloquence, and tracking its development through the stages of Arabic rhetoric. The study resulted in a number of important results, including that eloquence in the Arab rhetorical perception goes beyond the limits of the singular to the composition and contextual relations, and that Abd al -Qaher al -Jarjani represented a systematic transformation in understanding the eloquence as a product of systems, not for single words. The studied models also confirmed that eloquence is linked to expressive and functional efficiency of the text, and that the ancient Arab critics established a careful critical perception based on the analysis of the text in the light of its context, its function, and its composition, not on the verbal adornment alone.
