The research aims to identify the skills required to manage classes for kindergarten children, and to define the criteria for the proposed web-based training program according to the mastery learning theory used in developing classroom management skills for kindergarten teachers, and to measure the effectiveness of the proposed program, and to measure the effectiveness of the web-based training curriculum according to learning theory. Proficiency in developing class management skills among kindergarten teachers, and in order to achieve these goals, the researcher relied on the semi-experimental approach based on the design of the two groups (experimental and control), and applied to them the pre and post measurement, and the study sample consisted of (30) kindergarten teachers, The research concluded that there is a positive impact of the training program based on the theory of mastery learning in web learning in developing the cognitive aspect related to classroom management for kindergarten teachers, and the results also showed the positive effect of the training program based on the theory of mastery learning in web learning in developing the performance aspect related to managing Virtual classrooms for kindergarten teachers.Downloads
