Abstract

The objective of this study was to find out the role of field training in changing the attitudes of the students of the educational diploma in the Faculty of Education at the University of Bisha in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia toward the profession of teaching and it was implemented according to the analytical descriptive method. The sample was composed by all the students of the educational diploma in the Faculty of Education, The results showed that field training has a positive role in changing the attitudes of students toward teaching profession and that there are significant differences in the number of students in the field. The attitudes of the sample towards the profession of teaching in favor of females, as well as differences due to the variable of the cumulative rate in favor of the higher rate.
