Developing the performance of educational supervisors in the Ahad Rufaidah Education Office in light of the administrative creativity approach

The study aimed to develop the performance of the educational supervisors of One Rafida's education office in light of the entrance to administrative creativity. The study relied on descriptive (survey) to achieve its objective. The study tool was a questionnaire form to collect data and information, and was applied to a sample of (350) female teachers and educational managers at One Rafida's Education Office. The results of the study found that there were statistically significant differences between the views of members of the research sample towards the administrative ingredients of the educational supervisors of one of Rafida's education office attributable to the variable (qualification, years of experience, number of courses) in managerial creativity, and that there is an average rating of approval by members of the sample for dimension paragraphs, personal impediments, and the calculation average is (3.65), i.e. the relative weight (88.36%) is high. The study recommended that specialized training courses should be held for female educational supervisors on the dimensions of administrative creativity; Understanding the dimensions of administrative creativity contributes to the application of administrative creativity more effectively, establishing a special section of creativity that is responsible for supporting and encouraging creatives and excellence.Downloads
