The role of artificial intelligence techniques in improving the quality of services provided to students at Kuwait University from the point of view of faculty members

This study came to reveal the role of artificial intelligence techniques in improving the quality of services provided to students at Kuwait University from the point of view of faculty members, and the researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to measure the role of artificial intelligence techniques consisting of (20) items that dealt with the services provided by artificial intelligence techniques to undergraduate students in the Faculty of Information Technology at Kuwait University from the point of view of faculty members. The usual honesty and stability procedures were carried out, and a random stratified sample was selected from the study population consisting of (120) university professors with the rank of professor and doctor rank during the second semester of the year (2023-2024) at the Faculty of Information Technology at Kuwait University of the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait, who are studying the "bachelor's" stage, according to the statistics of the human resources departments at Kuwait University. The results showed that the estimates of the study sample of the role of artificial intelligence techniques in improving the quality of services provided to the sample members were high with an arithmetic average of (4.00) and found that there were no statistically significant differences (0 ≤0.05) due to variables (gender, academic rank of the university professor, and years of university teaching experience).Downloads
