  6. The journal does not adhere to a single style for writing research reports, given the diverse nature of scientific research in terms of quantity and type. However, research typically consists of the following sections:
  • Introduction, which includes the nature and rationale of the research, its necessity, theoretical framework, and a summary of previous studies, integrated without prominent headings.
  • Research problem, objectives, questions, and hypotheses.
  • The importance of the research, limitations, and terminology.
  • Research procedures, including the research method, the population, the sample, the research tool, the validity and reliability of the tool, data collection procedures, and data analysis method.
  • Research results, including the presentation, interpretation, analysis, discussion, conclusions drawn from them, and necessary recommendations.

7- The research must strictly adhere to the documentation of references and sources according to the American Psychological Association 6th edition (APA6) for scientific publications. References within the text should include the author's last name, the year, and the page number in parentheses, as follows:

(Cristin, 2013, 12) or (Al-Sani, 2009, 20). This should be detailed in the reference list, which should be alphabetically ordered by the author's last name, with Arabic references listed first, followed by foreign references without numbering.

  1. A) For books: The reference should start with the author's last name, followed by the full name, then the publication year in parentheses. The book title should be in bold. After that, include the edition number, and the name of the publishing house, followed by the place of publication. For example:

Al-Sani, Mohammad Ibrahim (2009). Environmental Education for University Students. 4th ed., Abadi Center for Studies, Publishing, and Distribution: Sanaa, Yemen.

Al-Maamari, Suleiman Abdo Ahmed (2018). The Level of Acquisition of Life Skills by Fourth-Year Students at the College of Education in Turbah and its Relationship with the Degree of Practice during Field Training. Journal of Educational and Psychological Sciences, College of Education, University of Bahrain, 19(3), 399-428.

  1. C) Electronic publications: These should be referenced only in the footnotes, not in the reference list, and should include the reference and the date of access.

8- Upon acceptance of their research for publication, the researcher must pay the review and publication fees set by the journal, whether they are from within or outside Yemen.

9- The journal reserves the right to make modifications in phrasing and formatting, in accordance with publishing requirements, as long as these modifications do not affect the content of the text.

10- The journal apologizes for not considering research that does not comply with the instructions and publication rules.

11- What is published in the journal reflects the views of the researchers themselves.

12- Research submissions should be sent to the journal via email at hesjedu@gmail.com in Word format.

The cover page of the research should include the research title, the academic degree, the researcher's institution, department, specialization, phone number, and email.
  3. The journal's editorial board conducts an initial evaluation of the research, then it is sent to expert reviewers in the field for assessment. The journal commits to informing researchers of the final decision regarding publication. Researchers must be willing to make any modifications requested by reviewers to facilitate publication, and works that are not accepted will be returned to the authors with reasons for rejection.
  4. The researcher should provide a copy of any appendices or research tools they have developed (if applicable).
  5. In case reviewers provide feedback, the researcher should address those comments and make necessary revisions. The revised research should then be resubmitted to the journal.
