This study examines psychological resilience in the Holy Qur’an through a thematic approach that analyzes Qur’anic verses related to this concept in light of Qur’anic exegesis (tafsīr). It aims to establish the Qur’anic concept of psychological resilience, identify its faith-based, educational, and social foundations, and demonstrate its role in shaping the believing personality through selected Qur’anic models. The study addresses the scarcity of research treating psychological resilience as an independent Qur’anic theme, as most previous studies have approached it from psychological or social perspectives or have examined only related concepts. It adopts inductive, deductive, and analytical methods by collecting and analyzing relevant verses and applying the findings to the stories of Prophet Abraham, Mary, and Prophet Muhammad peace be upon them. The findings reveal that psychological resilience in the Qur’an does not imply the absence of natural human emotions; rather, it is the ability to regulate them and maintain inner balance through faith in Allah and reliance upon Him. The study also concludes that psychological resilience is grounded in an integrated system of faith-based, educational, and social principles reflected in Qur’anic narratives. It recommends further Qur’anic studies on psychological development and the integration of these principles into educational and counseling programDownloads
