مسألة خلق القرآن عند الإباضية المعاصرة (دراسة نقدية)

Abstract

In this paper, the researcher talks about an important issue of religion related to one of the personal attributes of God Almighty, which is the quality of speech related to the book of God, and specifically the issue of the creation of the Qur’an in contemporary Ibadis.

     The research aims, as a whole, to demonstrate the contemporary Ibadi belief in the issue of the creation of the Qur’an, and the approach followed upon which the ruling on the issue was based.

     The researcher referred to the difference in the issue of the creation of the Qur’an between the Ibadis of the East and the Ibadis of the West, to show their innovation in religion and contradiction to the approach of the righteous predecessors, indicating the imposing thought of the contemporary Ibadi in the issue that was not in their ancestors, and manifesting the suspicions that they dealt with in the issue of the creation of the Qur’an, and then responding to it.

     As for the research methodology, it followed the critical study approach.

Among the most important results of the research:

     The saying of the creation of the Qur’an was not in the believe roots of the ancestor of the Ibadis, rather it was not with the first Khawarij, and this is by their own admission.

      The arguments and suspicions reported by the contemporary Ibadis were not new things, but rather they were imitations and influenced by the Mu'tazili approach in the matter of the creation of the Qur’an.
