Abstract

The study aims to collect the facts and events in which arbitration took place during the era of the Prophet (PBUH) or during the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, may God be pleased with them, in order to highlight the bright side of Islamic Sharia, and how solves disputes, preserve rights, and get back lost and snatched rights from the beginning of the Prophet (PBUH), until our time and till the doomsday. This is done in several ways, including arbitration, fourteen incidents have been discussed, in which arbitration took place during the era of the Prophet (PBUH), or during the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs.
