This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of a training program for critical thinking skills in improving the quality of academic life for a sample of university students. The sample of the study consists of 80 female students of the university students. 40 female students are the controlling group and the other 40 female students are the experimental group. The researcher has used the measure of the quality of academic life for university students, and she prepared a training program for critical thinking skills that consisted of (18) training sessions. The study concludes that due to the effectiveness of a training program, there are significant differences in the post-test between the scores of the controlling group and the experimental group in favor of the experimental group. The results also indicated that there are no significant differences between the post-test and sequential test for the experimental group, which indicates the extent of the program’s effectiveness. In the end, the study has presented some recommendations.Downloads
