Abstract

Press coverage of issues of immigration and immigrants Analytical study of the press Iraqi parties (Al-sabah, Al- zaman, Al-mada) model For a period of (1-7-2014to 30-6-2015) The press is a means of effective mass communication has an essential role in influencing people's lives, especially with the press and ideological orientation and addressed to specific audiences. This thesis deals with the social effects of terrorism in Iraqi press (an analytical study in the newspapers of Al-sabah, Al- zaman, Al-mada from 1/7/2014 to 30/6/2015).The study contains three major variables in the history of Iraq and its printed media. The study deals with terrorism as a phenomenon that targeted the Iraqi society especially after the occupation of Iraq on 9/4/2003. With regard to the theoretical material, the researcher consulted the references available at the Iraqi and Arabic libraries, well documented research and studies published on the Internet as well as personal interviews with a number of specialized experts. The researcher designed a context-analysis survey for the two newspapers. The survey contains 16 major groups: 11 of them represent the negative social effects of terrorism while the remaining 5 groups dealt with the positive social effects.
