Abstract

This research aims to extract the two verses whose beginnings are: (I complained to Wakee' of my poor memorization), by mentioning their different narrations, and by indicating the validity of their attribution to Al-Shafi'i or not. The researcher followed the inductive and analytical approaches, where he researched the circumstances of the existence of the two verses and extracted them from various sources, then he analyzed and studied.: This research is considered an individual in its chapter, as the researcher did not stand on who singled out this issue for research and editing. The researcher reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: It is proven that Al-Shafi’i met Waki’ bin Al-Jarrah, and this does not mean that he complained about his condition to Waki’ and established these two verses. It is not known who said them specifically and the appointment.
