Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the level of quality of professional life and psychological resilience among female student counselors at Buraydah City, as well as to identify the relationship between quality of professional life to psychological resilience. The study sample consisted of (203) female student counselors, and the study using the Descriptive Approach. To achieve the aims of the study, the quality of professional life scale, prepared by Abu Bakr and Mustafa (2020) was used, the psychological resilience scale prepared by Connor and Davidson (2003), and the translation of the two researchers. The findings of the study found that the sample had a higher-than-moderate level in both the quality of professional life and psychological resilience. The findings also indicated a positive correlation between the quality of professional life and psychological resilience. The study concluded with several recommendations based on its findings.
