Abstract

The research aims to draw out learner’s ethics incorporated in the Islamic Educational Thought towards their teacher. In addition, it aims to know the level of students’ assimilation of these ethics from the perspectives of their lecturers at the Faculty of Education, Taiz University - Turba. The researcher uses the survey analytical descriptive method, the deductive and the inductive methods. Thirty - two members of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Education, Taiz University-Turba are all selected. The study uses a questionnaire consists of (23) items. The results show that the level of assimilation of such ethics come at a level average with a general mean of (2.15) and (72%). Important Statistical differences are found in the responses of research community members according to the specialization variable with level average and value of (0.63) for the applied majors, educational majors and then for the humanities. The research includes recommendations and suggestions to improve students’ assimilation of these ethics.
