Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of adaptive leadership and its role and impact on achieving Strategic creativity, as perceived by leaders in Tabuk University. Additionally, it aimed to determine if there were significant differences in responses based on demographic variables such as” years of experience and academic rank”. A descriptive correlational approach was employed in order to achieve study objectives, and data was collected through a questionnaire administered to a systematic random sample of 30 university leaders. The results revealed a high level of adaptive leadership and its positive impact on creativity according to the leaders' perspective. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were found based on years of experience and academic rank. The study recommended the necessity of dissemination the adaptive leadership principles among Tabuk University leaders, as well as the organization of training courses and seminars to enhance their adaptive leadership dimensions.
