This research, entitled “The Jurisprudential Opinions of Sheikh Mutahhar Al-Ghurbani in his book Lataif al-Manna,” aims to introduce Sheikh Mutahhar Al-Ghurbani, the Yemeni scholar, through a brief study of his life and knowing his jurisprudential opinions that he presented in his book Lata’if al-Manna and comparing them with the opinions of scholars. The historical approach was used to achieve this goal. Inductive and descriptive, the study of this topic required it to be divided into two sections: the first dealt with the introduction of Sheikh Mutahhar al-Ghurbani and his book Lata’if al-Manna, and the second dealt with his jurisprudential opinions in his book Lata’if al-Manna. These opinions are the legality of celebrating the Prophet’s birthday, visiting the grave of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, reading for the dead, and praying. To him and to supplicate to the prophets and the righteous. The research concluded with results including that Sheikh Mutahhar Al-Ghurbani is one of the Yemeni scholars who are well-established in knowledge and who devoted their lives in the service of Islam and the issues of their nation. The opinions he adopted have their validity in addition to the soundness of his evidence and the strength of his observation and discussion of opposing opinions.Downloads
