This research aims to study the role of social deixis in political discourse by monitoring their lexical and semantic structure and employing pragmatically in directing the speaker's intentions and stating his positions on the issues under discussion, and indicating the degree of interaction between the interlocutors and their empathy, which reveals the nature of the relationship between the speakers and the success of the communication process between them. Through our treatment of social deixix, we sought to clarify their impact on the speech of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, according to linguistic and pragmatic mechanisms, especially detectives interested in deixis and their relationship to the speaker and the discourse. We found that social deixis come in the speech in different forms such as pronouns, nouns, adjectives and titles, and words of greetings and farewells, and the Crown Prince used them in his speech according to discursive strategies that foreshadow his ambitions, aspirations and goals in building a future relationship with the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.Downloads
