Memorizing by rote and its impact on weighing between diversified narratives from the standpoints of modernists

Abstract

 The progress of peoples and nations is measured by the extent of its knowledge and culture and by the level of protection that is available for national creativity، so it was necessary to find appropriate means of protection to ensure the creator and innovator of work financial and moral rights to his production and at the same time allow society to benefit from this creative work. Therefore، intellectual property is concerned with a set of rights that protect human thought and creativity، which includes patents، trademarks، industrial designs، geographical indications and copyright.

    The current (present) study has adopted the principle of sounding the alarm about continuing violations of the rights of authors and creators on the one hand and trying to reach an effective mechanism for the application of intellectual property، especially in trademarks on the other hand.

     The most important mechanisms that were reached were the necessity of spreading awareness of the concept of intellectual property and the laws regulating it as well as the international agreement and spreading it among people and creating a comprehensive database in each university and research center that includes all scientific publications (theses، books، inventions، studies and research) as a reference for those interested in this matter. Finally، the application of the necessary legitimate and legal controls should intellectual property rights in trademarks continue to be violated.
