The research addresses 'Inheritance in the Holy Quran and the Suspicion of the Discrimination between Men and Women in Inheritance and the Response to It.' The research aims to show the advantages of Islamic legislation regarding inheritance, compare it with ancient and modern systems, explain the wisdom and justice contained in the legislation regarding inheritance, respond to the suspicion of the discrimination between men and women in the Holy Qur’an, and criticize it scientifically, supported by evidence and proofs. The researcher adopted the 'historical analytical method' and concluded the research with several findings, the most important of which are: the Quran considers the interests of individuals, families, and society; inheritance laws are balanced and just, taking into account the strength of kinship and financial need for both men and women; the Sharia does not always differentiate between men and women in inheritance distribution, but rather divides justly, equalizing when equality is just and differentiating when equality would be unjust; critics of the Quran often repeat the same unfounded accusations without thorough examination or objective study. Key recommendations include: conducting an objective study of inheritance in the Quran, studying the legislative miracles in the verses on inheritance in light of Surat An-Nisa, forming specialized committees of scholars and thinkers in Islamic countries to monitor, address, refute suspicions raised about the Quran, and providing a well-founded scholarly response.Downloads
