The study aimed to know the effect of psychological reinforcement on organizational excellence in its various dimensions in the private hospitals in Al-Hodeidah city, and to achieve the goals of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. Organizational distinction in its various dimensions. The study also found that there are statistically significant differences for the study sample estimates for the degree of psychological reinforcement in the private hospitals in Al Hudaydah City due to the variables (gender, qualification, job title, age for the two groups 26-40 years and 41 years of age). And more, the experience for the categories 6-10 years and 11 years and over), and also found that there were no statistically significant differences for the study sample estimates for the degree of psychological reinforcement in hospitals for the city of Hodeidah due to the variables (age for the age group 25 years and less, experience for the category 5 years or less), The study recommended the need to pay attention to psychological reinforcement because of its clear impact on organizational excellence and raise the level of psychological comfort for workers, as well as contain creative and distinguished workers to highlight their capabilities and benefit from them and achieve organizational excellence.
