Considerations taken into account by parents when enrolling their children in private regular schools and their relationship to some variables

The study aimed to identify the considerations taken into account by parents when enrolling their children in private regular schools and their relationship to some variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data after verifying its validity and reliability, as it was applied to the study sample of teachers and parents, numbering (304) teachers and (629) parents in the academic year (2022-2021). They were reached using the stratified random cluster method. After collecting and analyzing the data, the study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: The considerations that parents of students take into account when enrolling their children in private regular schools from the point of view of parents and teachers, came in a high degree, and the consideration was obtained "The private school's keenness on students' academic and behavioral discipline" received the highest arithmetic mean. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of parents and teachers towards the considerations that parents take into account when enrolling their children in private regular schools attributable to the study variables, which are: the status characteristic, educational level, and professional status of the parents. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: investing in education in the Arab community in Inside Palestine as it is a minority community and conducting studies on the quality of private education.Downloads
