This study aims to determine the necessary student's science teacher competencies and their performance in these competencies .The sample consists of male and female students teacher major is biology, chemistry, and physics. The sample was (53) male and (43) female .This sample consists of six groups that practice practical education at secondary schools. The tool of this study were divided into six domains that are (planning and lessons preparation, using teaching aids, Classroom management, scientific knowledge, and evaluation) .The validity and reliability were obtained. The result of this study showed that the gain of learning competencies was medium, and there was significant differences for male students in planning, preparing lessons, and scientific knowledge about subject and evaluation, while female students were superiority in using educational tools, manage and control classroom, but no significant differences. The results showed that there were significant differences in the general scientific competencies chemistry and physics students, but there superiority was not with biology students. The significant differences for the favorite of chemistry and Biology students in the planning and preparing lessons , using educational tools , controlling , management the class room, and scientific knowledge about subject .the result shows there was interaction between sexes and major and there was Varity groups were similarity the general competencies , planning , using educational tools and not in the lessons performance, controlling class room, scientific knowledge about subject , and evaluation.
