E-learning services must be available in consumer hand efficiently. Acquiring Web Services (WS) from original server takes a more time based on Internet speed, Internet traffic, networks troubleshooting and server availability. Thus, there is needing to set WS available each time that user request. In this paper, a proposed E-learning Web Services Model (ELWSM) is conducting with new efficient components that are supporting E-learning application performance such as Response Time (RT), CPU Utilization and Synchronization. In addition, ELWSM enhance e-learning services availability, reliability and Stability. Applying ELWSM reduced the cost and response time by 47.1%. Furthermore, ELWSM save CPU Utilization by 61.3%. Also, ELWSM by Graphical User Interface Response Enhancer (GUIRE) enhances the model interaction by 99%. Consequently, these results ensure stability, resilience, consistency, availability, and reliability.Downloads
