Praise be to God, and peace and blessings be upon the chosen Prophet, his family, and all his companions. This research aims to study the jurisprudential issues whose rulings are transferred to wealthy Muslims, through a comparative jurisprudential study. The research includes an introduction, a preface, two main sections, a conclusion, and a bibliography. The introduction covers: the importance of the research and the reasons for choosing it, the research objectives, previous studies, the scope of the research, the research plan, and the research methodology. The introduction explains the concept of transfer (of wealth), its forms according to jurists, the definition of wealth according to jurists, and the criteria for wealth. The first section deals with spending on individuals in specific cases, such as spending on needy individuals, the maintenance of relatives, the maintenance of foundlings, and the shrouding of the deceased. The second section addresses expenditures related to public interests and averting harm, such as protecting protected individuals from harm, alleviating the suffering of the hungry, and paying ransom for the release of captives. The research concluded that there is no disagreement among jurists regarding the obligation to provide for needy relatives, both ascendants and descendants. There is also no disagreement regarding not abandoning Muslim captives in the hands of non-Muslims, nor is there any disagreement regarding the obligation to equip the Muslim army if the public treasury is unable to do so. Furthermore, the prevailing opinion is that those who are able are obligated to provide for foundlings and wealthy Muslims in cases of hardship. The prevailing opinion regarding the shrouding of the deceased is that it should be done by the wealthy who can afford it. Finally, the prevailing opinion is that those who are able are obligated to provide food. Muslims, and that it is necessary to ensure the absence of injustice in obligating the wealthy to pay this, and to distribute the expenses among them according to their ability.Downloads
