Abstract

     In this study, we examine the rule of minerals from the subsoil in the Islamic jurisprudence and determine it's purpose to stand in the rule of minerals in the doctrines of the four imams and the opinions of the public. This study is based on a doctrine that introduces the concept of minerals.

     The concept of minerals and its typies in Language and Vocabulary, in pseudo-doctrines and in three areas. The first deal with Solid and liquid metals provision. The second in the rule of ore in the means of treasure, and the third sutdies the rule of what comes out of the seas.
