Abstract

The study aimed at investing the prevailed organizational climate level in the secondary education schools its relation to the male / female teachers performance in loader city (Abyan Governorate) and the effects of some variables on the organizational climate level prevailed in these schools .

The participants of the study was 100 male and female teachers presenting 5% of the total population of the study .

Research questions                                                                                                                  

 1)-What is the nature of school atmosphere that prevailing in secondary school in Lowder city from viewpoint of the male \ female teachers ?.

2)Whether there is a statistical significant relationship between the organizational climate level prevailed in secondary education school in Lowder city and teacher s performance ? .

3) Whether there are differences from viewpoint  of the male\ female teachers In according with variable of (teacher s sex, qualification and experience) ? .                 performances level of male \ female teachers in secondary education  phase in Loader city , the relationship between them and the effect of some variables on the organizational climate level in secondary education schools in Loader city through response to the following questions.   

The study employed analytical descriptive methodology thorough  adopting two version of questionnaire on of then is the Arabic version of Kalpin and Craft to know the organizational school climate . whereas the second was prepared by the researcher to measure the level of teachers performance the evaluation process of the tool of study was taken into account .

The findings of the study revealed that ;

The general level of the organizational school climate prevailed  in secondary school in Loader city is high .

    There is a significant relationship between the organizational climate level prevailed in secondary education school in loader city and teachers performance .

Based on  the results of the study recommended  the following;

Reducing the teaching load for old teachers .

Headmasters and teachers should be trained dealing with their tasking and responsibilities in their school work and how to use the available potentials to improve the learning process .

Schools department, should establish a good relationships with the teaching staff based on respect and appreciation instead of that based on doubt and distrust .
