Raising Young People in the Light of the Sunnah: A Modern Objective Study

Abstract

     This study, entitled "Educating Young People in the Light of the Prophet's Sunnah: a Modern Objective Study" aims to show that raising young people is a reform process to reform young people to reach them to the point of perfection. The general prophetic rules in raising young people included: justice, observance of rights, brotherhood, sense of responsibility, moral encouragement, material encouragement, and health care. The special prophetic rules in raising young people also included: welcoming and cheerfulness, compassion for young children, joking, patience with them and kindness in raising them, visiting them, accustoming children to household chores.
